Columbus, Indiana Charles "Chuck" Houser 1932 — 2024 Chuck was born in Gratis, Preble County, Ohio on July 9th, 1932. He was married to Hazel Mae Longfellow-Houser from 1956 till her death in 2001. They lived in Richmond, IN and he was very active in coaching girls' softball teams. He liked to bowl and travel. He belonged to the American Legion and was active in his church. He and his wife Hazel raised their grandson, Matt Houser along with Matt's mother, Mamie. He was in the Air Force from 1950-1954. Chuck worked at the American Water Works in Richmond until his retirement. He met and married Virginia Grant on March 30th, 2003, and moved to Elizabethtown, Indiana.
