Pulse of Portland is also home to the Pulsar programming block, featuring provocative arts-oriented content from Open Signal's youth filmmakers, artists in residence, guest artists and more.

If you want to stay informed about the public policies that affect your neighborhoods, CityNet has got you covered. CityNet airs round-the-clock coverage of Multnomah County meetings, special local public affairs programs and many City of Portland committee and bureau meetings.

Each year, independent Open Signal producers submit over 7,000 new video programs for cablecast on ITN channels, which reach a combined total of 420,000 households in Portland and East Multnomah County.
